光開(kāi)關(guān)串?dāng)_及其對(duì)光控相控陣列系統(tǒng)的影響研究

摘要: 建立了光開(kāi)關(guān)時(shí)延波束形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)中光開(kāi)關(guān)串?dāng)_和光控相控陣列的模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值仿真,研究了光開(kāi)關(guān)串?dāng)_對(duì)光控陣列方向圖,包括最大值指向偏移、旁瓣電平的影響以及對(duì)陣列接收的線性調(diào)頻(LFM)雷達(dá)信號(hào)的脈沖壓縮的影響。仿真結(jié)果表明光開(kāi)關(guān)的串?dāng)_比應(yīng)小于20dB。Abstract: In this paper, numerical simulation models of crosstalk for optical switch in time-delay beamforming network and of optically phased array are built. Based on the computer simulation, influences of crosstalk on pattern, including pointing deviation and sidelobe level, and on compression of LFM received by an array are studied. Simulation results indicate that the crosstalk ratio in optical switch must be less than 20dB.
