SURVEY ON NEURAL NETWORKS FOR PHYSICAL DESIGN OF ICS

  • 摘要: 本文對(duì)可用于集成電路布圖的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型和神經(jīng)優(yōu)化計(jì)算方法作了概括和總結(jié),比較了它們的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及其在IC布圖中的應(yīng)用前景;分析了神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在集成電路布圖中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題;提出了各類優(yōu)化計(jì)算神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型求解集成電路布圖問題的一些網(wǎng)絡(luò)映射方法和應(yīng)用方法;提出了基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的布圖算法在串行機(jī)上模擬的幾種速度提高方法。
