摘要: 本文分析了當(dāng)電極傳輸線與終端負(fù)載阻抗不匹配時(shí),Ti:LiNbO3行波調(diào)制器的調(diào)制特性.主要討論了反射系數(shù)對(duì)調(diào)制器半波電壓、帶寬以及對(duì)時(shí)域波形的影響。

Abstract: The characteristics of Ti: LiNbO3 traveling wave modulator have been analyzed in this paper, taking into account the reflection coefficient of the terminator. The main emphasis of the present work is placed on the description of the effect of the reflection coefficient on the bandwidth, the half-wave voltage and the time domain response. -
