摘要: 高速鐵路自誕生起即伴隨著車地移動(dòng)通信的承載需求，其中一部分業(yè)務(wù)承載需求來源于高速列車的列車控制與列車調(diào)度，這是高速列車必不可少的重要組成部分，另一部分業(yè)務(wù)來源于車上的旅客，這些是滿足旅客服務(wù)質(zhì)量需求的重要標(biāo)志之一。特別是在移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代，上網(wǎng)需求已成為人們生活的重要組成部分。該文總結(jié)了世界各國高速鐵路移動(dòng)通信發(fā)展的重要?dú)v程，特別是支持旅客信息接入的車地移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，從移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)發(fā)展的趨勢討論高速鐵路移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)發(fā)展的趨勢，包括與公眾移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)發(fā)展的關(guān)系，展望未來高速鐵路移動(dòng)通信的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，并提出了一些具體建議，從而給該領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的研究人員提供一些參考。

Abstract: Since the birth of the high-speed railway, it is growing with the mobile communication demand of train to wayside. One part of traffic load demand is from the train control and train dispatching, which is an important part of the high-speed railway. And another part of the traffic load is from the passengers, which is one of the important Key Performance Indexes (KFIs) that can satisfy the requirement of passenger service quality. Especially in the era of mobile Internet, the Internet demand becomes an important part of peoples daily life. This paper summarizes the important processes of the development of mobile communications for high-speed railway over the world, especially the present mobile communication technologies to support the passengers information access from train to Internet. Based on the development trend of mobile communication technology, the development trend of its counterpart in high-speed railway is discussed, including its relationship with the development of public mobile communication technology. Some future key technologies, including some detailed suggestions, of mobile communications for high-speed railway are prospected, which may provide some references for the relevant researchers in this field. -
