摘要: 該文研究基于聲傳感器陣列的單快拍氣流速度估計(jì)問(wèn)題。首先,根據(jù)聲波在亞音速和超音速氣流中的傳播特性,針對(duì)特定的測(cè)量裝置,建立了聲傳感器線性陣列的輸出模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種稀疏協(xié)方差矩陣迭代的單快拍(Sparse Covariance Matrix Iteration with a Single Snapshot, SCMISS)氣流速度估計(jì)算法,與其他稀疏估計(jì)方法相比,該文提出的SCMISS算法無(wú)需正則化參數(shù)選擇,計(jì)算量更低,具有更強(qiáng)的實(shí)時(shí)性,且只需單快拍采樣數(shù)據(jù)就可對(duì)亞音速和超音速氣流速度進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一估計(jì)。最后,為了評(píng)價(jià)所提算法的估計(jì)性能,推導(dǎo)了氣流速度估計(jì)的克拉美-羅界(Cramr-Rao Bound, CRB)表達(dá)式。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該算法的有效性。

Abstract: The issue of single snapshot airspeed estimation is researched based on acoustic sensor array. According to the propagation property of acoustic waves in subsonic and supersonic air current, the output model of acoustic sensor array is constructed for a given measuring equipment. Then an airspeed estimation algorithm based on Sparse Covariance Matrix Iteration with a Single Snapshot (SCMISS) is presented. SCMISS has several unique features not shared by other sparse estimation methods: it does not require the user to make any difficult selection of regularization parameters, and it has lower computational complexity and better real-time. What is more, the proposed algorithm can be applied to both subsonic and supersonic circumstances with single snapshot measurement. Finally, a compact expression for the Cramr-Rao Bound (CRB) on the estimation error of airspeed is derived to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm. Simulations are implemented to show the effectiveness of SCMISS. -
