A Simulated Annealing Method for Time-domain Electromagnetic Survey Data Inversion

摘要: 地電模型的高度非線性和非惟一性限制了模擬退火法反演在電磁勘探領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用。該文采用改進(jìn)的模擬退火算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了時(shí)間域電磁法數(shù)據(jù)的模擬退火法反演。首先通過(guò)雙重?cái)?shù)字濾波方法簡(jiǎn)化了正演計(jì)算過(guò)程,然后將非線性反演問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為最優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,采用模擬退火算法搜索全局最優(yōu)解。改進(jìn)的搜索策略能自適應(yīng)地調(diào)整搜索步長(zhǎng),提高了最優(yōu)解的搜索效率。與傳統(tǒng)反演方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明該方法能有效獲得全局最優(yōu)解,得到更加準(zhǔn)確的地電模型參數(shù)。Abstract: The highly nonlinearity and non-uniqueness of the geoelectric model constrain the application of simulated annealing method in the Time-domain ElectroMagnetic (TEM) explorations. A simulating annealing inversion method is presented to get the geoelectric model from the data of the TEM method. Firstly, by the dual digital filtering method, the fast and accurate forward problem is settled. Furthermore, the inversion is converted into an optimization issue and the simulating annealing inversion method is applied to the search for the global optimal solution, of which the search step can be adjusted adaptively, hence improving the searching effeciency. The comparison results with conventional inversion methods show that the proposed method can achieve the global optimal solution and a more accurate result of the geoelectric model.
