摘要: 本文介紹了一個(gè)以分析開關(guān)電容(SC)電路為目的面向用戶的通用程序。該程序可以完成對SC電路的時(shí)域、頻域和靈敏度模擬,可以對SC電路進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,并可以求得SC電路的傳輸極點(diǎn),且對電路的輸入信號、開關(guān)序列、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)錄]有限制,文中提出了在改進(jìn)節(jié)點(diǎn)法基礎(chǔ)上求出電路傳輸極點(diǎn)的方法,以貢獻(xiàn)的方式建立求傳輸函數(shù)對電容比的靈敏度方程,通過線性變換求得對電容比的靈敏度的方法和SC電路的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化方法。最后給出了用該程序?qū)C電路進(jìn)行模擬和優(yōu)化的兩個(gè)算例。

Abstract: A program developed for analyzing general N-phase SC circuits is described. The program can perform the time-domain, frequency-domain and sensitivity simulation, the multiple objective optimization, and the calculation of the transfer poles of SC circuits. No topological or duty-cycle constraints are imposed on the SC circuits. The methods of calculating the SC circuits poles using modified nodal method and the circuit sensitivity with respect to capacitor ratios are given, and the multiple objective optimization method for SC circuits is developed. Two examples are included to illustrate the capabilities of the program. -
