  • 摘要: 本文簡(jiǎn)要地?cái)⑹隽苏婵瘴㈦娮訉W(xué)的主要進(jìn)展,在介紹場(chǎng)發(fā)射陣列FEA、場(chǎng)發(fā)射顯示器FED、真空微電子微波毫米波器件等的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,重點(diǎn)敘述了有關(guān)器件對(duì)FEA的特殊要求、可能的解決辦法和存在的問(wèn)題,并介紹了發(fā)展真空微電子微波管的主要內(nèi)容和意義;最后提到了有效地發(fā)展我國(guó)真空微電子器件需重視的一個(gè)問(wèn)題.
