互易多端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)的等效二端口測(cè)量方程組及其應(yīng)用

摘要: 本文推導(dǎo)了互易n端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)的等效二端口測(cè)量方程組;以三端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)為例,討論了這種方程組的應(yīng)用、測(cè)量細(xì)節(jié)和數(shù)據(jù)處理;提出了用自動(dòng)測(cè)量線和程控短路活塞組成一套測(cè)試系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)多端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)S參數(shù)的快速、自動(dòng)測(cè)量;給出了H面T三端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

Abstract: Equivalent two-port measurement equations for reciprocal n-port network is derived generally. As an example, applications of these equations, measurement details and data-processing methods are discussed for any three-port network. A set of measurement system which is made from the automatic slotted line and the program controlled short-circuit is presented in order to realize rapid and automatic measurements of S-parameters of any reciprocal multi-port network. Experimental data are given of a H-plane T three-port network. -
