摘要: 準(zhǔn)光學(xué)方法有效地提高了毫米波接收系統(tǒng)在等離子體診斷中的空間分辨率。本文給出了準(zhǔn)光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)公式、設(shè)計(jì)步驟以及測(cè)量的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

Abstract: By means of quasi-optical method, the spatial resolving power of millimeter wave receiving system which is used in plasma diagnostics has been greatly improved. In this paper the formulas and procedures for designing a millimeter wave quasi-optical receiving system are presented and some measured results are given. -
