基于小波圖像編碼的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

摘要: 小波變換由于其多分辨率特性而特別適合圖像編碼。該文設(shè)計了一種基于小波圖像編碼的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。整個系統(tǒng)由本地監(jiān)控端和遠(yuǎn)程主控端組成。本地監(jiān)控端包括圖像采集、小波變換圖像編碼和發(fā)送3個模塊。小波變換圖像編碼由二維小波變換和零樹編碼組成。設(shè)計了監(jiān)控端各個模塊的硬件結(jié)構(gòu),編寫了其硬件結(jié)構(gòu)的Verilog HDL模型,進(jìn)行了仿真和邏輯綜合,并用FPGA進(jìn)行了驗證。編寫了主控端的遠(yuǎn)程接收、控制軟件,成功實現(xiàn)了基于小波圖像編碼的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。Abstract: The wavelet transform is ideal for image coding due to its capability for multi-resolution representation. This paper presents a remote surveillance system based on the wavelet image coding. The system contains two subsystems, the local monitor and the remote control. The local monitor consists of the image capture module, the wavelet coding module which has two blocks of 2-D wavelet transform and the zerotree coding, and the transmit module. The hardware structure of each module is designed, and the Verilog HDL modules of the local monitor are programmed and simulated. The hardware is then synthesized to FPGA. The receiver program for the remote control is designed, and the remote surveillance system is implemented successfully.
