基于小波二重樹(shù)編碼的彩色圖像壓縮

摘要: 該文提出了一種利用小波變換對(duì)彩色圖像進(jìn)行編碼的算法。該算法在對(duì)Y,Cr,Cb分量進(jìn)行小波分解的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合人眼視覺(jué)系統(tǒng)特性對(duì)各子帶進(jìn)行量化,采用全新的二重樹(shù)編碼,有效地對(duì)高頻子帶進(jìn)行壓縮。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本算法實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單,可達(dá)到很好的壓縮效果。

Abstract: This paper presents a new algorithm that utilizes wavelet for color image coding.After wavelet decomposing and scalar quantization,Y,Cr,Cb components are coded separately using duplicate tree coding algorithm whicn can compress the high frequency subbands effectively.Experimental results show that the new algorithm is very practical and with good performance for color image coding. -
