PIC Simulation of a Ka-Band Second Harmonic Gyroklystron Amplifier

  • 摘要: 該文根據(jù)諧波回旋速調(diào)管放大器的注.波互作用特點,分析了放大器穩(wěn)定工作的條件:對Ka波段二次諧波三腔回旋速調(diào)管放大器的注-波互作用進行了模擬計算,對放大器的注.波互作用電路參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。模擬計算結(jié)果表明,在電子注電壓為70kV,電子注電流15A,工作磁場為0.685T時,在35GHz頻率放大器可以獲得超過250kW的輸出功率,大于21dB的增益,23%的效率和約為120MHz的帶寬。計算結(jié)果為實際工程設(shè)計提供了有益的參考。
