摘要: 正 (一)引言 增透膜廣泛應(yīng)用于激光系統(tǒng)中,用以提高激光工作物質(zhì)的自振閾值,提高輸出功率,減小光學(xué)零件的插入損耗。由于激光功率不斷提高,對(duì)涂層抗激光性能提出了越來(lái)越高的要求。涂層的破壞閾值也成為工作在強(qiáng)流脈沖高功率CO2激光下的涂層的主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。 70年代以來(lái),美國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局創(chuàng)辦專(zhuān)刊,報(bào)道各種光學(xué)材料的激光感應(yīng)破壞。美國(guó)
