智能方法在頻率規(guī)劃中的應用
INTELLIGENT METHOD FOR FREQUENCY PLANNING

摘要: 本文針對目前頻率規(guī)劃中存在的問題,提出了利用專家系統(tǒng)和遺傳算法等來克服手工頻率規(guī)劃和電子地圖要求極高的障礙,從而在缺少電子地圖的情況下,借助專家的經(jīng)驗和知識同時利用優(yōu)化算法亦能給出較準確的頻率規(guī)劃方案。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the present frequency planing, this article proposes a method to overcome the obstacle of handwork frequency planning and high demand of electronic map, using expert system and genetic algorithm. So that it gives a more precise frequency planning scheme based on expert experience, knowledge and genetic algorithm even lacking of accurate electronic map. -
