非線性參數(shù)估計中的觀測集預(yù)處理技術(shù)

摘要: 非線性參數(shù)估計模型中,若系統(tǒng)的可觀測度較弱,被估計參數(shù)相互耦合,那么參數(shù)的估計精度不僅與隨機(jī)觀測噪聲有關(guān),與系統(tǒng)的可觀測度也有著密切的關(guān)系。該文提出一種觀測集預(yù)處理方法,依據(jù)可觀測度指標(biāo)對觀測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行篩選,然后利用篩選集對參數(shù)進(jìn)行估計。以雷達(dá)的系統(tǒng)誤差估計為例,使用篩選集估計雷達(dá)的系統(tǒng)誤差,比直接使用原觀測集估計所得結(jié)果更為精確。

Abstract: Estimation accuracy of nonlinear parameter not only relates to the random measurement noise, but also relates to the system observability, provided that system observability is very low and the parameters intermix. Aiming at this, a preprocessing method based on measurements selection is proposed to strengthen the system observability. As an example, the preprocessed subset is used to estimate the system errors of radar. It is shown that this method can improve the estimation accuracy. -
