一種基于鎖相環(huán)的真隨機數發(fā)生器
A True Random Number Generator Based on PLL

摘要: 對高質量隨機數的要求與日俱增,導致了真隨機數發(fā)生器受到廣泛關注;系統(tǒng)芯片技術的出現和發(fā)展,提出了實現片上隨機數發(fā)生器的需要;鑒于這兩個現實狀況,該文提出了一種基于鎖相環(huán)噪聲源的隨機數發(fā)生器實現方法.實驗結果表明該方法具有真隨機性,易于實現和系統(tǒng)集成.Abstract: The requirement of high quality random numbers grows day by day, so true random number generator takes great attentions; And the appearance and development of system on a chip needs the realization of on-chip random number generator. Considering the two facts, this paper comes up with a new method of random number generator based on the noise source of PLL.The method can provide a good property: true randomness and easy realization and system integration.
