用一種非晶軟磁薄膜為芯制成的磁探測器的分辨率研究
STUDY OF THE MAGNITEC RESOLUTION OF A MAGNETIC DETECTOR MADE OF AMORPHOUS SOFT MAGNETIC FILM CORES

摘要: 以兩根非晶軟磁薄膜條(0.0251.060mm3)為芯繞成差分復(fù)繞初級和次級線圈的探測器具有良好的磁敏感特性和溫度特性。試驗(yàn)表明,這種非晶軟磁薄膜為芯的磁探測器次級輸出的倍頻信號電平與外界磁場具有良好的線性關(guān)系。其磁分辨率可達(dá)10-1010-11T,而且在-40℃120℃的溫度范圍內(nèi),溫度系數(shù)為0.05﹪/℃。其磁分辨率隨芯的長度變長而變高,而與芯的厚度和寬度在一定的范圍內(nèi)基本無關(guān)。這種探測器同多晶軟磁薄膜為芯的探測器相比較,具有體積小,穩(wěn)定性好,耐用及溫度特性好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Abstract: The magnetic detector made of aamorphous soft magnetic film cores has better characteristics. Experimental results indicate that the detector has a good linear relation between the double-frequency single voltage output and the magnetic field, a magnetic resolution of 10-10--10-11T, and a temperature coefficient of 0.05%/℃ between -40--120℃, The magnetic resolution of the detector increases with lengthening the core, but it is independent of the width and thickness of the core in a certain range. This kind of detector compared with the detector using polycrystal soft magnetic thin film has many advantages, such as smaller side, better durability, stability and temperature characteristic. -
