一種抗中毒的陰極

摘要: 正 隨著各種特殊電真空器件和電子束設(shè)備的發(fā)展,要求陰極能適應(yīng)相應(yīng)的環(huán)境。如密封油膜光閥管,就需要能抵抗油蒸汽中毒的陰極。國外使用一種含釷的儲備式陰極,但釷有放射性污染。我們研制了一種沒有放射性污染的鑭鎢陰極。Albert等人曾發(fā)表過這類陰極的發(fā)射數(shù)據(jù)。Gallagher報道過這類陰極抗氧中毒的性能。但迄今,尚未見到這類陰極的其他性能和運用情況的報道。 幾年來,我們對鑭鎢陰極進行了研究,選擇了一種新配方,做出了以WC,La,Pt三

Abstract: A new type of dispenser cathode which is fabricated by compressing and sintering a mixture of powdered tungsten carbide, lanthanum and platinum has been developed. It has good properties: high emission current density, good ability of resisting the poisoning of gas, exposed to atmosphere repeatedly without deterioration and long life.The cathode can particularly withstand the poisoning of oil vapour, so that they have been successfully used in sealed oil film light value tube. -
