單片晶體濾波器的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)和分析
THE COMPUTER OPTIMIZED DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF MONOLITHIC CRYSTAL FILTERS

摘要: 本文是在深入研究單片晶體濾波器理論和等效電路的基礎(chǔ)上,首次利用單片晶體濾波器的綜合設(shè)計(jì)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析相結(jié)合的方法將過去人工設(shè)計(jì)和反復(fù)試驗(yàn)的過程全部在計(jì)算機(jī)中實(shí)現(xiàn)。在設(shè)計(jì)程序中,為了避免解超越方程給出了半經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,并對(duì)一些系數(shù)進(jìn)行了修正。在分析程序中,采用了模塊技術(shù)和級(jí)聯(lián)矩陣方法。本程序是在PC機(jī)漢字操作系統(tǒng)下用BASICA編寫的。最后給出了用本程序設(shè)計(jì)制作的幾種單片晶體濾波器。Abstract: Based on studying deeply the Monolithic Crystal Filter (MCF) theory and itsequivalent circuit, the design and analysis of MCF by computer is described. In the design program, the quasi-empirical equation is given and some coefficients are modified for avoiding to compute transcendental equation. The building block technology and step connecting matrix method are used in analyzing program, so the program procedure becomes more simple and the computation speed is increased. Finally some kinds of monolithic crystal filters are designed and manufaetured by using this program, and good results are obtained.
