Studying on the qos guaranteed method for multimedia traffic handoff

  • 摘要: 為了降低多媒體業(yè)務(wù)在移動(dòng)環(huán)境中的呼叫中斷率,提高無(wú)線信道的利用率,該文提出了一種動(dòng)態(tài)預(yù)留帶寬分配機(jī)制(DRBA),該機(jī)制對(duì)到達(dá)的越區(qū)切換呼叫按業(yè)務(wù)類型區(qū)別處理,對(duì)于高優(yōu)先級(jí)的實(shí)時(shí)業(yè)務(wù),通過(guò)在鄰近小區(qū)內(nèi)預(yù)留帶寬的方法降低呼叫中斷率;對(duì)于非實(shí)時(shí)業(yè)務(wù),當(dāng)小區(qū)內(nèi)的信道帶寬不足以支持新到達(dá)的越區(qū)切換呼叫時(shí),通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)地借用實(shí)時(shí)業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)度預(yù)留的帶寬,改善非實(shí)時(shí)業(yè)務(wù)的呼叫中斷率,進(jìn)一步達(dá)到提高無(wú)線信道利用率,為不同的業(yè)務(wù)類型提供公平的服務(wù)質(zhì)量(QoS)的目標(biāo)。
