一種改進(jìn)的HMRSVP方案
A modified HMRSVP scheme

摘要: 介紹了RSVP與MRSVP,以及在Mobile IP中采用MRSVP實(shí)現(xiàn)QoS保障的機(jī)制。分析和比較了3種HMRSVP方案,特別是指針轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的HMRSVP方案,并提出一種改進(jìn)的方案。在此方案中,若移動(dòng)主機(jī)在同一個(gè)分層區(qū)域內(nèi)移動(dòng),則利用它在移動(dòng)時(shí)所具有的本地性,采用指針轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的HMRSVP方案;若移動(dòng)主機(jī)進(jìn)入新的分層區(qū)域,則要求它建立新的RSVP通路,開始新的指針轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)過程。同時(shí)對(duì)本地化特性進(jìn)行了討論。對(duì)改進(jìn)的方案在兩種情況下分別進(jìn)行了建模、分析、結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)的方案性能更加優(yōu)越。Abstract: This paper introduces RSVP, MRSVP and the QoS guarantee mechanism in mobile IP by utilizing the MRSVP. Three HMRSVP schemes are described and compared in detail, especially the HMRSVP with pointer forwarding. A modified one is proposed. In this scheme, MH in a hierarchical region uses pointer forwarding scheme, which can utilize the feature of movement locality. When it moves into a new region, it is required to update the RSVP path and begin the new pointer forwarding process. Also, the feature of locality is discussed thoroughly. The modified scheme is modeled and analyzed in two different cases. The results show that it has better performance.
