摘要: 本文分析了一種新的適用于毫米波集成電路的介質(zhì)波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)陷波空心鏡象波導(dǎo),用等效介電常數(shù)和橫向表面阻抗法從理論上分析了該結(jié)構(gòu)的色散特性,并討論了各尺寸對(duì)色散特性的影響,給出了若干數(shù)值例子。

Abstract: A noval dielectrie waveguide structure suitable for millimeter-wave integrated circuits, called trapped hollow image guide, is described.
