信號(hào)流圖OTA-C高通濾波器
SIGNAL FLOW GRAPH OTA-C HIGH-PASS FILTERS

摘要: 本文提出了采用OTA微分器設(shè)計(jì)高通濾波器的方法.基于有源濾波器的跳耦綜合,導(dǎo)出了全極點(diǎn)高通梯形濾波器的OTA-C實(shí)現(xiàn).該濾波器具有低靈敏度和高截止頻率,與MOS工藝兼容,便于單片集成,調(diào)整方便.文中給出了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果和P-SPICE模擬,證明此濾波器的可行性.

Abstract: A design technique for high-pass filters using OTA differentiator is presenred. By means of the leapfrog synthesis of the active filters, the OTA-C realization of the highorder high-pass filters is built up. The filter is compatible with MOS process. It has low sensitivity performance and high cut-off frequency, and can be tuned conveniently by the external voltages. Experimental results and P-SPICE simulation are given to prove its feasibility -
