迴旋行波管中波型耦合系數(shù)的計(jì)算
CALCULATION OF THE COUPLING COEFFICIENTS BETWEEN THE EIGENMODES IN GYRO-TRAVELING WAVE AMPLIFIER

摘要: 本文用磁流體力學(xué)方程組推導(dǎo)了縱向磁化迴旋漂移相對(duì)論電子束的介電張量,然后將迴旋行波管作為部分填充各向異性介質(zhì)的波導(dǎo),計(jì)算了各本征模之間的耦合系數(shù)。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,只有角向變化次數(shù)相同的模才發(fā)生耦合。本文對(duì)工作在非基模的迴旋脈塞器件估計(jì)模式純度有一定實(shí)用價(jià)值。

Abstract: The dielectric tensor of the longitudinally magnetized relativistically gyrating and drifting electron beam is derived by means of the MHD equations. The coupling coefficients between various eigenmodes are then calculated by regarding the Gyro-TWA as a waveguide partially filled with an anisotropic medium. Analysis shows that only those modes with the same azimuthal index couple with each other. The results in this paper are of use for gyrotron devices operating in non-basic mode in estimating mode pureness. -
