輕便型釤鐠鈷永磁迴路

摘要: 正 (一)引言 本文介紹3cm波段速調(diào)管上使用的均勻場(chǎng)聚焦釤鐠鈷(Sm Pr Co)永磁迴路。它的磁間隙長(zhǎng)度Lg=67.3mm,間隙處均勻區(qū)最強(qiáng)場(chǎng)強(qiáng)Bmax=2700 Gs,均勻區(qū)的場(chǎng)強(qiáng)波動(dòng)為4%。SmPrCo磁鋼重5kg,磁系統(tǒng)總重量為8.6kg,用于峰值功率為50kw的速調(diào)管,獲得了滿(mǎn)意的結(jié)果。電子束通過(guò)率達(dá)9899%。(二)磁迴路的設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)果 聚焦磁場(chǎng)決定于電子槍的光學(xué)系統(tǒng)、高頻互作用區(qū)和進(jìn)入

Abstract: A SmPrCo PM focusing system for 3 cm klystron is reported. The magnetic gap of the magnetic system is 67.3 mm. The maximum field intensity in the gap is 2700Gs. The fluc-tuation of the field intensity is 4%, the weight of the SmPrCo magnet is only 5 kg. The total weight of the magnetic system is 8.6 kg. The magnetic system has been used for a 50 kW klystron, and the results obtained are satisfactory. The beam transmission of the klystron is above 98%. -
