基于并聯(lián)開關(guān)的低電壓低功耗電流型CMOS電路設(shè)計

摘要: 該文提出了一種電流型CMOS電路的并聯(lián)開關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu),使得電流型CMOS電路能在較低的電源電壓下工作,因而可以實現(xiàn)電路的低功耗設(shè)計,同時在相同的電源電壓下,采用并聯(lián)開關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)的電路比相應(yīng)的串聯(lián)開關(guān)電路具有更快的速度,PSPICE模擬證明了采用并聯(lián)開關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的電路能在較低的電源電壓下工作,并具有較小的電路延時。

Abstract: A novel current-mode CMOS parallel structure is proposed. This parallel switch structure allows current-mode CMOS circuits to perform under lower source voltage which makes low power consuming possible. Beside, the current-mode circuits based on the pro-posed parallel structure have smaller propagation delay time than its counterpart which use cascade switches under the same source voltage. PSPICE simulation proves that circuits designed with the proposed structure can perform under low source voltage while holding short propagation delay time. -
