摘要: 該文通過分析光學衛(wèi)星圖像的輻射和噪聲特性,引進了三維噪聲分析方法,將圖像噪聲按時間、 空間水平和垂直三維空間劃分為7個噪聲項,并分析了各噪聲因子的含義。通過對實際圖像加以驗證和分析,為評估圖像質(zhì)量和評價圖像質(zhì)量改善方法提供了一種可行的方法。Abstract: A new 3D noise analysis method is introduced on the basis of analyzing the radiometric performance and noise of optical satellite image. The imaging noise can be divided into seven parts according to temporal and horizontal, vertical dimensions. The paper analyses the content of 3D noise. Several satellite images are used to validate the method. This method provides a feasible way to evaluate the imaging quality and to evaluate the methods of improving image quality.
