有耗介質(zhì)覆蓋平面導(dǎo)體表面波傳播特性的計(jì)算

摘要: 本文推導(dǎo)了圓柱坐標(biāo)系下有耗介質(zhì)涂覆平面導(dǎo)體表面波的場(chǎng)函數(shù)和本征方程、每波長(zhǎng)徑向衰減常數(shù);分析了介質(zhì)特性參數(shù)、介質(zhì)層厚度與的關(guān)系;指出磁損耗介質(zhì)比電損耗介質(zhì)有更好的抑制表面波的效果。

Abstract: The eignvalue equation, the attenuation constant a and the field distribution function of the surface wave(SW) in a conductor-backed lossy dielectric layer are derived. The relationship between the a and the parameters of the dielectric material is described. It was found that the magnetic-loss material showed better performance than the electric-loss material in attenuating the SW. -
