形態(tài)濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)元的自適應(yīng)優(yōu)化算法
Structuring element adaptive optimization algorithm of morphological filters

摘要: 該文提出了一種實(shí)現(xiàn)形態(tài)濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)元優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的自適應(yīng)算法,自適應(yīng)過(guò)程類似于經(jīng)典的最小均方(LMS)算法。通過(guò)將腐蝕與膨脹運(yùn)算用隱函數(shù)表示,推導(dǎo)出腐蝕與膨脹運(yùn)算中結(jié)構(gòu)元的優(yōu)化公式,由此進(jìn)一步可得到任意組合形態(tài)濾波器的自適應(yīng)優(yōu)化公式。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明該算法改善了形態(tài)濾波器的性能,具有設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)便、實(shí)用性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。

Abstract: This paper presents an adaptive algorithm to design optimal structuring element of morphological filters. The adaptation process is similar to the classical Least Mean Square (LMS) algorithm. At first, the optimization formulas of the structuring element are derived in the case of erosion and dilation. Then, adaptation formulas for an arbitrary composition of erosions and dilations are obtained. The simulation experimental results show that the method improves the performances of morphological filters and has properties of easy design and good practicability. -
