Real-time solution of corner turn memory in SAR

摘要: 本文介紹了如何利用同步動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)存(SDRAM)實(shí)現(xiàn)合成孔徑雷達(dá)實(shí)時(shí)成像處理器轉(zhuǎn)置存儲(chǔ)中數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)置的功能,重點(diǎn)論述了帶有自動(dòng)預(yù)充電功能的SDRAM控制器的設(shè)計(jì)以及刷新控制電路、地址產(chǎn)生電路的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。Abstract: This paper presents how to implement the corner turn memory which is the important phase in synthetic aperture radar real-time processor by using SDRAM as the memory. SDRAM controller is described in detail including auto pre-charge function, refresh control circuit and address generation module.
