交流等離子體顯示板中惰性氣體放電的電光特性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF ELECTRO-OPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF NOBLE GASES IN AC PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

摘要: 為了尋求一種供等離子體顯示板用的發(fā)藍(lán)綠光的混合氣體,本文對(duì)Ar+He、Kr+He、He+Ne、He+Xe、Kr+Ar和Ar+Hg混合氣體的發(fā)光光譜和電特性進(jìn)行了研究。發(fā)現(xiàn)混合氣體Ar+Hg較為滿(mǎn)意,發(fā)光顏色為藍(lán)綠色、亮度較高、著火電壓較低。
