摘要: 本文介紹一種新型的取樣鎖定電壓比較器ZJ03的設(shè)計(jì)。一般的電壓比較器由多級(jí)直接耦合放大器組戒,其精度(靈敏度)主要取決于總電壓增益,響應(yīng)速度取決于總帶寬,精度與響應(yīng)速度是矛盾的,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)高速和高精度。ZJ03在體制上有重要的改進(jìn),它含有一級(jí)受控的正反饋放大器,使精度主要取決于輸入失調(diào)電壓,與總帶寬幾乎沒(méi)有關(guān)系,可實(shí)現(xiàn)高速和高精度。在ZJ03的設(shè)計(jì)中,采用了容差擴(kuò)展、中心設(shè)計(jì)和電平自適應(yīng)技術(shù),提高了產(chǎn)品性能的一致性和成品率。

Abstract: The design of a new type of sampling latching voltage comparator ZJ03 is described. The common voltage comparators consist of multistage DC amplifier. It is difficult to realize high speed and high precision. The voltage comparator ZJ03 contains a controlled positive feedback amplifier. Therefore, it is capable of realizing high speed and high precision. For improving the performance and yield, the tolerance extension, design centering and potential adapting are used for the design of the valtage comparator ZJ03. -
