摘要: 本文研究了耦合腔內(nèi)場(chǎng)的相位分布函數(shù)對(duì)駐波場(chǎng)形和耦合阻抗計(jì)算的影響。計(jì)算表明,在不同的相位分布的假定下,負(fù)一次諧波耦合阻抗的計(jì)算值可以相差一倍。
