摘要: 電離層相位污染嚴(yán)重制約天波超視距雷達(dá)對(duì)低可探測(cè)慢速艦船目標(biāo)的檢測(cè)性能,時(shí)頻校正法成為目標(biāo)檢測(cè)的重要手段,對(duì)其進(jìn)行分類(lèi)并選取6種典型方法進(jìn)行了去污染的綜合性能評(píng)估。首先分析了性能比較的影響因素,然后從去污染的有效性、魯棒性和運(yùn)算量等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了校正方法的綜合比較。為電離層相位污染校正算法庫(kù)的豐富和實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用提供參考。

Abstract: Ionosphere phase contamination seriously restrains the detection performance of Over-The-Horizon Radar (OTHR) for low detectable targets, such as slow ships, and approaches of time-frequency correction are proposed and classified for effective target detection. A comprehensive performance evaluation of six typical approaches of time-frequency correction based on the key factor analysis of performance comparison is carried out in terms of decontamination effectiveness, robustness analysis and the computational load complexity. This research is of great reference for further development of ionosphere phase decontamination algorithm library and the practical engineering implementation. -
