  • 摘要: 人體脈搏波速度(PWV)被認(rèn)為是體現(xiàn)心腦血管健康和血管壁彈性變化的重要因素之一。醫(yī)學(xué)上對(duì)脈搏波速的研究也變得越來(lái)越熱,許多諸如糖尿病、高血壓、冠心病、動(dòng)脈硬化等疾病也都與之有密切關(guān)系。因此,對(duì)脈搏波速度(PWV)的檢測(cè)具有重要的、特殊的意義。該文主要從信號(hào)提取和信號(hào)分析方面入手研究脈搏波,利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)鐘信號(hào)插入所提取的肱動(dòng)脈與橈動(dòng)脈信號(hào)之間以及多點(diǎn)脈搏波信號(hào)相位差之間取平均值的雙模算法,從而更精確地計(jì)算出PWV,并且其求解的PWV標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為0.06~0.12。該文所使用的雙模算法在實(shí)時(shí)性、測(cè)量精度和穩(wěn)定性方面,優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的PWV測(cè)量方法,可應(yīng)用于脈搏波相關(guān)的醫(yī)學(xué)研究和實(shí)驗(yàn)中。
