  • 摘要: 該文針對傳統(tǒng)濾波器在Ka波段難以同時實現(xiàn)窄帶與集成的問題,采用基片集成波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)(SIW)設(shè)計了一款Ka波段平面窄帶帶通濾波器。該濾波器采用雙模圓腔與橢圓腔級聯(lián)的結(jié)構(gòu),在上下邊帶分別產(chǎn)生一個傳輸零點,具有頻率高選擇特性。測試結(jié)果表明,該濾波器中心頻率35 GHz,相對帶寬2.85%,插入損耗約為3.4 dB,帶內(nèi)回波損耗大于15 dB,與仿真結(jié)果吻合較好,在毫米波系統(tǒng)中具有很好的應(yīng)用價值。
