Suppression of Ghost Mode Oscillation in S Band High Power Broadband Klystron

  • 摘要: 實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)盒型輸出窗圓波導(dǎo)與兩端矩形波導(dǎo)的中心軸線出現(xiàn)偏離時,在高頻狀態(tài)下,輸出窗存在鬼模振蕩的隱患,引起輸出窗打火,導(dǎo)致窗片炸裂。該文介紹了一種S波段大功率寬帶速調(diào)管輸出窗鬼模振蕩抑制的方法。通過模擬仿真分析和實驗研究,調(diào)整了輸出窗圓波導(dǎo)段的結(jié)構(gòu),在對帶內(nèi)駐波系數(shù)影響較小的條件下,成功地消除了鬼模振蕩的隱患,確保即使出現(xiàn)波導(dǎo)輕微不對稱的情況,也不會發(fā)生因鬼模振蕩而引起的輸出窗打火現(xiàn)象。
