Ocean Moving Ship Detection Method for Remote Sensing Satellite in Geostationary Orbit

  • 摘要: 面向靜止軌道光學(xué)遙感衛(wèi)星,該文提出一種海上運(yùn)動艦船目標(biāo)快速檢測方法。該方法首先利用多結(jié)構(gòu)多尺度形態(tài)學(xué)濾波對海洋背景遙感圖像進(jìn)行背景抑制;然后采用自適應(yīng)閾值分割和自組織聚類獲得候選目標(biāo);再根據(jù)目標(biāo)運(yùn)動特征,利用靜止軌道衛(wèi)星凝視序列圖像對候選目標(biāo)進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)移動式鄰域判決,剔除虛假目標(biāo);最后關(guān)聯(lián)艦船目標(biāo)以及融合衛(wèi)星平臺數(shù)據(jù),可快速計算艦船狀態(tài)等深層次動態(tài)信息。實驗結(jié)果與分析表明,所提方法能有效檢測海洋背景遙感圖像中的多個運(yùn)動艦船目標(biāo),準(zhǔn)確獲取各個艦船位置、航速、航向、運(yùn)動軌跡等信息,具有算法簡單,目標(biāo)檢測率高、虛警率低,穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點。該方法為我國靜止軌道光學(xué)遙感衛(wèi)星在軌數(shù)據(jù)處理與應(yīng)用提供了技術(shù)支撐。
