電流模式高階濾波器設(shè)計(jì)的遞推方法

摘要: 給出了連續(xù)時(shí)間電流模式高階濾波器的一種實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,該方法根據(jù)電流轉(zhuǎn)移函數(shù)的分母多項(xiàng)式,以遞推形式,逐步確定各個(gè)積分器的時(shí)間常數(shù)。用該方法設(shè)計(jì)所用電流鏡數(shù)目少。對(duì)一個(gè)六階濾波器的計(jì)算機(jī)仿真顯示,該方法適合于設(shè)計(jì)高頻電流模式濾波器。

Abstract: A method for the design of continuous-time current-mode higher order filters is presented. It is based on the recursive derivation of the integrator s time constants step by step from the denominator of the current transfer function. Only a small number of current mirrors is needed using this approach. The computer simulations for a sixth-order filter reveal that the method proposed is suitable to the design of high-frequency current-mode filters. -
