基于小波變換和馬爾可夫隨機場的極化SAR圖像自動分類

AUTOMATIC MULTIRESOLUTION CLASSIFICATION OF POLARIMETRIC SAR IMAGE WITH WAVELET TRANSFORM AND MARKOV RANDOM FIELD

  • 摘要: 本文提出一種對極化合成孔徑雷達(SAR)圖像進行自動多分辨率分類的方法。首先利用多視極化白化濾波(MPWF)抑制極化SAR圖像的相干斑,得到反映地物輻射特征的紋理SAR圖像,然后利用小波變換(WT)提取不同分辨率的紋理信息,在最低分辨率級利用Akaik信息準則(AIC)自動估計圖像中的紋理類數(shù),進而在各個分辨率級利用馬爾可夫隨機場(MRF)模型表征各像素間的空間關聯(lián)信息,并分別利用最大似然(ML)方法和循環(huán)條件模式(ICM)進行自動的模型參數(shù)估計和最大后驗概率(MAP)分類,最后應用NASA/JPL機載L波段極化SAR數(shù)據(jù)驗證了本文所提分類方法的有效性和優(yōu)越性。
