Research on Per-Packet Pricing Strategy for Next Generation Network

  • 摘要: 該文提出了一種基于數(shù)據(jù)包的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)費(fèi)(Per-Packet Billing,PPB)策略,給出了PPB計(jì)費(fèi)的基本概念模型及其簡(jiǎn)化實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。針對(duì)FTP、HTTP和VoIP這3種業(yè)務(wù),將PPB計(jì)費(fèi)策略與傳統(tǒng)計(jì)費(fèi)策略進(jìn)行了仿真對(duì)比。仿真結(jié)果表明:PPB計(jì)費(fèi)策略在網(wǎng)絡(luò)擁塞控制方面具有明顯效果,丟包率也大大降低,并且其端到端時(shí)延對(duì)各類(lèi)業(yè)務(wù)的影響很小。采用PPB計(jì)費(fèi),不僅能使不同用戶享有公平性,服務(wù)提供商也可利用價(jià)格杠桿優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量,合理配置網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源。
