Weighted Myriad Filter Implementation with Genetic Algorithm in -Stable Noise Environments

  • 摘要: 該文利用遺傳算法具有全局最優(yōu)搜索的特點(diǎn),同時(shí),考慮到運(yùn)算復(fù)雜度問題,提出了用十進(jìn)制代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的二進(jìn)制進(jìn)行算子操作的遺傳算法,來獲得加權(quán)Myriad濾波器輸出。另外,針對在原自適應(yīng)權(quán)值訓(xùn)練算法中權(quán)值處于穩(wěn)定區(qū)后波動(dòng)仍較大的問題,分析了波動(dòng)存在的原因并對其進(jìn)行了改進(jìn).仿真結(jié)果表明,該方法在較多極值點(diǎn)的情況下,所有染色體均可快速收斂至全局極值點(diǎn),并且改進(jìn)后權(quán)值估計(jì)可使濾波效果有明顯改善。
