關(guān)于無(wú)截獲柵電子槍柵網(wǎng)形狀的研究
RESEARCH ON GRID-MESH SHAPES OF NON-INTERCEPTINGGRIDDED GUNS

摘要: 本文敘述了采用三種不同形狀柵網(wǎng)(方孔柵、六角孔柵、環(huán)形柵)的導(dǎo)流系數(shù)為1.4p的無(wú)截獲柵柵控電子槍,在電子注分析器上進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)的詳細(xì)情況。文中扼要地介紹了無(wú)截獲柵柵控槍使用三種不同柵網(wǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并給出了所用實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)。三種柵網(wǎng)的熒光屏顯示和小孔掃描測(cè)試的結(jié)果表明,環(huán)形柵的電子光學(xué)性能最佳。從概念上定性地分析并討論了環(huán)形柵優(yōu)于其它柵的原因。這為今后設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)截獲柵槍指出了方向。通過(guò)對(duì)多把無(wú)截獲柵槍的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和計(jì)算機(jī)計(jì)算,糾正了過(guò)去有關(guān)柵控槍和基礎(chǔ)無(wú)柵槍性能上的一些概念上的錯(cuò)誤結(jié)論。

Abstract: A non-intercepting gridded gun with the perveance of 1.4p is described. Three different grid-mesh shapes (square, hexagonal and annular) are chosen, and the experimental results in an electron beam analyzer are given in detail. The design methods of the gun for each grid-mesh shape and the structures of the test system are briefly introduced. The results measured by using the fluorescent screen and pin-hole scanning technique are given. It turns out that the annular grid possessed the best electron optical performance. The reason that the performance of the annular grid is better than the others is qualitatively explained and discussed, so as to give the guide lines of how to design the non-intercepting gridded guns. Through the experiment and computer calculation for several non-intercepting gridded guns, the previous wrong conceptional conclusions about the performances of the guns with and without grid may be corrected. -
