摘要: 本文提出了電流型多值CMOS電路的化簡(jiǎn)方法,該方法的關(guān)鍵在于尋找適合于電流型多值CMOS電路實(shí)現(xiàn)的覆蓋。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例表明,本文提出的設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)于G。W。Dueck等人(1987)的設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract: This paper proposes a simplification method for realization of current-mode CMOS multivalued circuits. The key of this method is to find out a coverage on the K-map for a given multivalued function, which fits to the realization of current-mode CMOS circuits. -
