  • 摘要: 該文研究了采用漏桶機制對自相似業(yè)務(wù)實施整形后,輸出業(yè)務(wù)流自相似性質(zhì)的變化.半定量地 分析和仿真實驗表明對于具有長程相關(guān)特性的自相似輸入業(yè)務(wù)流,在負(fù)載較重的情形下,經(jīng)過漏桶整形后輸 出業(yè)務(wù)流的自相似性明顯增強,并且在負(fù)載越重時輸出業(yè)務(wù)流的自相似性增強的越多,從而將加速網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能 的劣化,提出了對于自相似業(yè)務(wù)需要不同于傳統(tǒng)漏桶機制的新的整形策略的必要性。
    Abstract: In this paper, the effect on shaping of self-similar traffic is investigated through leaky bucket. Analysis and simulation show that the self-similar character of output traffic of the leaky bucket will be increased for long-range dependence traffic in heavy load con-dition because of the storage procedure. Furthermore, the heavier the short dependence traffic through the leak-bucket, the worse the performance of the network. Therefore, the storage procedure would be a rational explanation for the generation of the traffic self-similar characteristics.
