A Remote Sensing Image Compression Algorithm Based on Low-Complexity Embedded Zeroblock Coder

  • 摘要: 該文針對(duì)遙感圖像的數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn),提出了一種新的遙感圖像編碼方法。它基于一種改進(jìn)的小波變換嵌入零塊編碼算法。新算法中改進(jìn)了零塊編碼中四叉樹分裂算法(quadtree),并設(shè)計(jì)亍新的鏈表生成和不重要集合排序策略。通過(guò)這些方法的改進(jìn),不僅提高了圖像編碼性能,同時(shí)還大大提高了運(yùn)算效率。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明該文闡述的算法具有很低的復(fù)雜度和高的壓縮率,PSNR和計(jì)算速度均超過(guò)SPIHT和SPECK。在1bpp下,該文方法的PSNR比SPIHT提高了0.3dB以上,計(jì)算速度比SPIHT提高了35%。
