摘要: 本文提出了一種非決定性的蒙特卡洛法同計(jì)算真空中電子軌跡的決定性的數(shù)值積分法相結(jié)合的蒙特卡洛數(shù)值積分法,用以模擬電子在電子光學(xué)系統(tǒng)中運(yùn)動(dòng)的全過程,計(jì)算打拿極(或陽極)對(duì)電子的收集效率,探討電子發(fā)射角和初能量分布的影響。以研制中的陶瓷通導(dǎo)式光電倍增管為例進(jìn)行了實(shí)際計(jì)算,討論了本方法的局限性以及進(jìn)一步開拓的問題。

Abstract: A new method that combines Monte-Carlo method with the numerical integration method used for computing electron trajectories in vacuum to calculate the electron collection efficiency of the anode (or dynode) of an electron optical system is presented. This method can simulate the whole process of electron motion in a system. Taking the microchannel plate photomultiplier as an example, the collection efficiency is calculated, the influences of the distributions of electron emitting angles and energies are studied, and the limitation and extension of this method are discussed. -
