ANALYSIS OF DISPERSION CHARACTERISTICS OF SHIELDED PLANAR TRANSMISSION LINES

摘要: 本文利用橫向諧振法結(jié)合變分技術(shù)分析了屏蔽平面?zhèn)鬏斁€的色散特性。在傳輸線波的傳播方向,橫向放置兩個假想的理想短路面,構(gòu)造諧振腔。根據(jù)橫向諧振條件,建立了傳輸線的傳播常數(shù)與諧振狀態(tài)下的短路面之間距離的關(guān)系。應(yīng)用諧振腔的變分公式,導(dǎo)出了確定短路面之間距離的特征方程。作為示例,數(shù)值計算了鰭線的色散特性,結(jié)果與相應(yīng)文獻(xiàn)中的數(shù)據(jù)相吻合。

Abstract: The dispersion characteristics of the shielded planar transmission lines are analyzed by the transverse resonance method combining with variational technique. Two shorting planes are transversely inserted in the propagation direction so as to form a closed resonator. The dominant mode propagation constant of a transmission line is related to the distance be-tween shorting planes through the resonant condition. The characteristics equation for the distance is derived by using the variational formulation for a generalized resonator. The numerical results for the finlines are given. A comparision is made with available data in literatures. -
