摘要: Internet QoS(服務(wù)質(zhì)量)評估是多學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的研究問題,本文從博弈理論的視角,基于多項(xiàng)羅吉特(MNL)模型提出了綜合考慮服務(wù)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)和價(jià)格因素的Internet QoS評估機(jī)制。采用MNL建模用戶的選擇行為,同時(shí)將各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)類表示為相對獨(dú)立的競爭實(shí)體,每個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)類最大化自己的效用。通過基于非協(xié)作博弈理論的分析,論證了各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)類的QoS指標(biāo)和價(jià)格之間存在均衡,并通過數(shù)值分析進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。Abstract: The evaluation of Internet QoS (Quality of Service) is naturally multi-discipline. This paper examines the Internet QoS evaluation by integrating QoS index with price factor. The multinomial logit model is adopted in this paper, which is used to model the choice behaviour of users. Each service class is modelled as independently competitive entity. The goal of each service class is to maximize its own utility. Through the analysis based on noncooperative game, the conclusion is drawn that the equilibria exist between QoS index and price of each service class, and the numerical results is provided to verify the conclusion.
